Guests can expect a curated menu of exquisite offerings, with highlights including the signature Champagne Mumm High Tea crafted by Head Chef Alessandro Morabito (ex-Pepi’s and Bel & Brio).

This decadent high tea features delicacies such as poached slipper lobster meat on saffron brioche, homemade blini with herb crème fraiche and Yarra Valley salmon roe caviar, alongside house-baked petite scones served with clotted cream and strawberry preserve.
